01Wall of Good Words
Your name, published comments and replies, and reaction counts are public. Comments with clear profanity or insults are blocked and kept privately in admin with your email and the moderation reason for team review. New comments and replies require an email address. We keep it private in our database and admin, and include it in the internal team notification to manage your contribution. This does not subscribe you to email updates. A necessary browser cookie remembers your reactions so you can select several emojis and remove each one independently. You may request correction or deletion through our contact form.
02Guided-tour reservations
Stripe checkout collects your name, email, phone, group size, tour date and start time. Stripe processes payment; booking details are used to arrange and communicate about the tour. Kapodalim does not receive full card details, and booking does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Optional information storage in Stripe follows your choices and Stripe’s privacy policy.
03Hyperactive fortune gifts
To confirm a Hyperactive gift, we store your name, email, assigned redemption code and issue and expiry dates. The fourteen-day limit is separate for Hyperactive. There are no age restrictions or age confirmation fields. Your confirmation goes to you, and the team notification copies only Hyperactive for its own gift fulfilment.
04Che Bar fortune gifts
To confirm a Che Bar gift, we store your name, email, reference, issue and expiry dates, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. We do not collect your date of birth or identity documents. Che Bar checks age at collection. Only Che Bar is copied on the team notification for its own gifts, with these winner details. The one-gift-per-person limit every 14 days compares email or full name separately for each partner. A Cineplexx win does not block a Che Bar win.
05Fortune-cookie tickets
To confirm a Cineplexx Kosovo ticket, we store your first name, last name, email, ticket code, issue time and expiry. We compare your email and full name with the winner ledger to enforce one ticket per person every 14 days from the last confirmed win. A match on either blocks another ticket during that period without cancelling issued tickets. A confirmation goes to you; the team notification copies Cineplexx Kosovo. The partner receives your name, email, ticket code, issue time and expiry to fulfil the ticket. The weekly newsletter is optional: we subscribe you only if you select its checkbox. We record the consent text and time; you can unsubscribe at any time. Openings use an anonymous browser identifier.

07Forms and email updates
When you send a form, we use the details only to review and reply to that request. If you join the email list, we use your address to send event updates and service messages. You can unsubscribe at any time.
08Sunny Hill meetup list
When you join a Sunny Hill meetup slot, your chosen name and time appear publicly. Your email stays private and is used for confirmation and the internal team notification. Newsletter subscription happens only if you select its separate optional checkbox.
09Essential storage and analytics
Essential browser storage remembers choices such as cookie preferences. The Google tag starts without analytics cookies or advertising permissions. Full analytics only runs after consent and helps us understand which public pages are useful.
10Event links
Event pages can link to organisers, ticket sellers, maps and social platforms. Their own privacy rules apply when you leave this website.
11Event attendance
Choosing I’m going is optional and requires a verified account and confirmation. Guests see only the count. Signed-in Kapodalim users can see attendees’ names, usernames and profile photos. This is an intention to attend, not a ticket or admission confirmation. Leaving removes your record; deleting your account removes all your attendance. Records stop being visible 30 days after an event ends and are removed during request maintenance. Your private email, contact phone, home address and social links are not included. Names and photos update when you next use attendance while signed in; private uploaded photos remain behind authenticated access.
12Optional app accounts
You can browse and keep plans on your device without an account. If you create one, Supabase provides sign-in and stores your sign-in email, provider identities, name, optional home city and country, optional contact phone and social-profile links. A photo you choose is cropped and stored privately with your account in Supabase Storage; a Google photo may appear until you replace it. Apple does not provide a profile photo. A contact phone is not used for SMS login or marketing. Service emails are separate from newsletter consent.
13Earlier community connections
After sign-in, your verified account email may match an existing newsletter subscription or an earlier form, Cineplexx, meetup or merch entry. The app shows only the kind of connection, not form contents or prize details. Signing in does not subscribe you. Newsletter choices require your explicit action and are shared with our website and email delivery provider. We retain an acknowledgement and hashed-email choice receipts; account deletion removes these app records while independent subscriptions and earlier submissions remain unchanged.
14Plans and preferences
Kapodalim stores saved event IDs and your chosen language, appearance, default city and followed cities under your verified account so they can synchronize across devices. Downloads stay on each device. Guest saves are brought into an account only when you choose to import them.
15Community questions
Participation is optional. Answers are linked to your signed-in account or a random guest token, not published with your name. Guest answers are separate from account answers. Aggregate results require at least 10 valid responses, or 20 for spending questions. These thresholds do not guarantee anonymity. Raw answers and question rounds are removed after 180 days by scheduled maintenance; completion dates remain for your streak until you erase your participation data. Partner-report permission is separate and off by default; partner exports are not available in this beta.
16App data controls
Edit your details and photo or remove your contact phone in Personal details. Erase question participation in Questions & answers, Data and reminders. Delete your account in the app's account controls to remove its identity, uploaded photo, synchronized plans, preferences and linked question participation. A minimal deletion marker prevents late device requests restoring deleted records. Signing out hides that account's device library; other offline devices may retain local copies until cleared. 17Your choice
You may ask us to correct or remove information you submitted. The unsubscribe link in every newsletter is the fastest way to stop event emails.
