Your choices
Use Privacy choices to accept or reject optional analytics at any time. The website and its forms work without it. Analytics starts only after your acceptance, including a choice you saved earlier. This also controls optional measurement of which campaigns lead to completed forms. Advertising consent remains off.
Withdrawing consent stops further analytics measurement in the current tab and clears optional form-measurement information there. Reload other open tabs so they apply your new choice. Withdrawal does not erase information already sent or automatically remove existing analytics cookies. You can remove those through your browser's website-data settings.
Some saved choices remain when you reject analytics, such as your privacy preference or a reminder you dismissed. Clearing website data can reset your choices or sign you out. Closing a tab may end temporary storage, although a browser that restores tabs may also restore their saved information.
Cookies and saved preferences
Cookies and similar browser storage help the website remember choices and support the features you use. The summaries below explain why information is saved, how long it lasts and what you can control. Not every feature is used on every visit. These browser-storage periods are separate from the retention of messages, accounts and other records described in the Privacy Notice.
Privacy preferences
Kapodalim- Why we use it
- Remembers whether you accept or reject optional analytics.
- How long
- Until you change your choice or clear this website's data in your browser. There is no automatic expiry.
- Your choice
- Used for both acceptance and rejection. You can change your choice in Privacy choices.
Optional website analytics
Google Analytics- Why we use it
- Helps us understand visits and how people use the website.
- How long
- Google's default cookie duration is 2 years. Provider settings and browser limits may shorten it; returning visits may renew it.
- Your choice
- Starts only after you accept analytics. Advertising consent remains off. You can withdraw through Privacy choices.
Optional form measurement
Kapodalim- Why we use it
- Records which page or campaign led to a form and whether it was completed. This is separate from the message you send.
- How long
- During the browser-tab session. Measurement details are cleared when you reject analytics; completion information is removed after measurement. Restored tabs may retain session data.
- Your choice
- Only with analytics acceptance. Forms still work when you reject it.
Community reactions
Kapodalim- Why we use it
- Recognizes the browser to operate reactions and limit duplicates on the Wall of Good Words.
- How long
- 365 days, unless you clear it sooner.
- Your choice
- Used when the wall loads or its reactions and discussions are used. Separate from optional analytics.
Guest participation
Kapodalim- Why we use it
- Remembers guest participation in community questions, where this feature is available.
- How long
- 180 days, unless you clear it sooner. This browser duration is separate from how long answers are retained.
- Your choice
- Only for the relevant feature. Reading the policies alone does not activate it.
Saved choices and reminders
Kapodalim- Why we use it
- Remembers dismissed prompts, selected guide preferences and limited visit information so reminders are not repeatedly shown.
- How long
- Some choices last for the browser-tab session. Others have no automatic expiry and remain until replaced or cleared in your browser.
- Your choice
- Used by the relevant features even after analytics rejection. Clearing site data resets these preferences; it does not unsubscribe you from email.
Your daily fortune
Kapodalim- Why we use it
- Remembers the fortune you opened and when to show its reminder again.
- How long
- The next fortune becomes available at 08:00 Europe/Tirane. The old fortune is cleared when the game next checks it; reminder information may remain until replaced or you clear site data.
- Your choice
- Used for this feature. Rejecting analytics does not erase your saved fortune.
Map preferences
Kapodalim / Mapbox- Why we use it
- Remembers the map position, filters and selection so you can return to them.
- How long
- The browser-tab session. Restoring a tab may also restore its saved choices.
- Your choice
- Used with the map. Opening the map also connects to Mapbox, as explained below.
Other services and the app
Playing the radio connects to YouTube; using the map connects to Mapbox. These providers may receive your IP address, browser details and requests for the feature, and may use their own cookies or saved information. Stripe payments, social sign-in and external ticket or social links have separate provider notices and choices. Our Privacy choices do not control your choices on another provider's website.
The app also saves sign-in information, plans, preferences and downloads on your device. This is separate from website cookies. Signing out, deleting an account and clearing device data have different effects, as explained in the Privacy Notice. Older website preferences can remain after a feature is retired; clearing website data removes them.
