CULTURE MOVES INTO THE NEIGHBORHOODS.
Qef n'Lagje is a music series by the capital's Culture Directorate. On August evenings, a live-music stage and guest artists move through Dardania, Ulpiana, Kolovica, Bregu i Diellit, Kalabria, Kodra e Trimave, Hajvalia, Lagjja e Muhaxherëve, Muharrem Fejza and Matiqan.
The idea is direct: concerts and culture should not stay only in the central square or inside venues. They come to the public spaces where residents live, meet their neighbors and use the city every day.
The full schedule published on 8 August confirms all ten dates, 20:00 starts and nine places. Kalabria's exact place remains unpublished. Five acts are billed for the series, but they have not been officially assigned to each stop.
