Design opens the week. The market brings the city together.
This week begins with an exhibition asking which futures are worth designing. The city then moves from screen to stage, from a solo voice to an orchestra and, on Sunday, to a market where the plan becomes entirely social.
These are the seven picks prepared for Kapodalim's 14 September weekly newsletter, now expanded with context and imagery from official sources. The selection stays aligned while times, venues, admission and sources continue to resolve from Kapodalim's checked catalogue.
THE WEEK STARTS WITH AN IDEA
Next Gen Design opens the plan with 50 new projects, while DUA takes the conversation to the cinema with three Tuesday screenings.
MIDWEEK TAKES THE STAGE
#notI and LAWRENCE! use the same venue on consecutive nights, but change the language of performance completely.
THE WEEKEND HAS SOUND AND NEIGHBOURHOOD
DAM and Prishtina Orchestra fill the weekend with music before Termokiss closes the week with a market, art, books and people.
Start with futures worth living.

Next Gen Design presents 50 projects by young European designers, selected from more than 190 applications across 29 countries. Monday is the exhibition's penultimate day; daily opening hours have not been published, so check the official announcement before setting out.
